The project of Norilsk Nickel with the participation of RAMAX Group was recognized as the best IT solution in metallurgy in 2020
For the ninth time, the honorary award "Project of the Year 2020" of the Global CIO expert community was held. The project "System for improving the efficiency of the process of maintenance and repair of equipment (TORO) using SAP Process Mining by Celonis", implemented by Norilsk Nickel with the participation of RAMAX Group, was recognized as the best IT solution in metallurgy and continuous production.
The uniqueness of the project was the integration of the solution with the SAP platform, the creation of its own competence center for working with the new Process Mining technology for the company, and the novelty of the product itself. The system allows you to analyze the execution of business processes in real time, find deviations from the current state of the target and quickly make decisions.
The organization of an effective TORO process made it possible to identify weaknesses in the previously existing process with maximum accuracy and eliminate the causes of time and financial losses. Based on the obtained data, it became possible to identify areas of further optimization and increase the efficiency of the TORO. The company has acquired a convenient tool for obtaining information about the process indicators.
